Cover House

Cover House is a contemporary family home in Lincolnshire, inspired by the rural vernacular of traditional local barns — reinterpreted through simple geometric forms and a considered material palette.

Open-plan living spaces sit at the front of the home, connecting directly to the gardens, while private bedrooms are positioned to the rear for privacy and comfort.

The result is a home that sits comfortably in its landscape, yet feels thoroughly modern.

Our design was developed to support pre-application discussions and facilitate the sale of the site, without compromising on design quality or vision.

The result sets a clear precedent for future development — providing our longstanding client with a vision that communicates the site's full potential to developers, investors, and anyone searching for their dream home.

Cover House is a strong example of what thoughtful design can achieve, even at the earliest stages.
